What is your primary product or service? Obedience Training for Dogs, Education for Humans
How did you first become interested in your line of business? I love Dogs. Most of all, I love enhancing people's relationships with their dogs by teaching them basic training techniques.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area? Communication. Communication, Communication. Is that Clear enough? I work with the owner, the pet, the family and anyone else who has regular interaction with the dog. I am always available for my clients by Email, Text Messaging and Telephone. I listen carefully to my customer's service requirements and do what it takes to give customers the service they expect. I set clear goals for customers to get the most out of the training. I make sure that expectations are realistic and explain how to achieve them with time and patience. I clearly explain the level of owner commitment necessary to achieve these goals.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand? As many customer addresses as I can fit in my GPS system. Your location is my training facility. I come to you. The only way for me to effectively train the dog and educate the humans is on your turf. I must see the dogs' surroundings and understand the dynamics of the home so that I can provide the best training and guidance.
What type of payments do you accept? I am always willing to discuss individual requirements and custom payment structures.

What are your hours of operation? Whenever I'm needed. I accommodate my customers needs as best as I can. I expect customers to be equally accommodating with scheduling.
